Hall Improvements are a go!

With thanks to the Cairngorms Trust, we have been able to progress improvements to our Main Hall as a facility suitable for hosting music events.

We had recently installed new acoustic panelling, which has transformed how sound is heard around the room. This means concerts and ceilidhs are now a real option! To be able to host musicians and music nights is of incredible benefit for the centre, offering another space for our community to come together and celebrate, dance and have fun!

The Cairngorms Trust have now helped us improve on these acoustics again, and we have been able to buy new comfy seating for special events. Perfect for longer events, they look smart and really enhance this space. Help from the Trust will also fund new staging which will be one of the final parts of the puzzle, bringing a wonderful new events venue to Grantown.

We can't wait to share more about how the hall is progressing and the new events we hope to host! A big thank you to the Cairngorms Trust for their support.
